By using GLADSTATS you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and readable.
You may use GLADSTATS on devices you own for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
The milestones you create are yours. We claim no ownership of them and do not use them for any purpose beyond running the features you have turned on.
GLADSTATS is made for enjoyment. Counts are calculated from the dates you enter and from your device clock, so they are only as accurate as those. Please do not rely on the app for medical, legal or financial decisions.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost milestone data.
These terms may be updated as the app develops. Continuing to use GLADSTATS after an update means you accept the revised terms.
